I'm a PA (a.k.a. Someone's biatch.)
Holy poo! It's been a while! Fifteen weeks to be exact.
Alrighty. Here is a dose of an update along with my sincerest apologies.
So, I started a new job yesterday. I am a personal assistant to a mother of 7. I went to high school with her oldest child. My HS friend mentioned the opportunity to me and I was so excited, but that couldn't compare to how thrilled her Mom was about hiring me. So, yay :)
I am at work now, working on a few different projects. Don't judge me for doing this while I'm "on the clock" - this job is super-flexible, and I am kind of waiting for her to finish dealing with a family mini-crisis and then she'll hand over some more projects for me to work on. In the meantime, I just wanted to share this little piece of news with you all.
Fun fact: I get to work on the newer model of the iMac - and it's a 24-inch screen. WOOOO! I want one! But, it's fun to at least play on one for now.
One little drawback so far: she works on AOL almost entirely... and anyone who knows me knows how much I dislike AOL... mainly because in my experience with it, it fills up your computer with all sorts of junk. Yuck. No one wants that.
