1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
Um, moved to Austin, TX!

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Um, probably not, I don't remember, and, probably not! Ha!

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes, two of my friends from High School!

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, thank God!

5. What countries did you visit?
None.

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
More independency...which I'm currently working on!

7. What date(s) from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Sept. 1...it is the day I started AmeriCorps and met some really awesome people!

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Moving to Texas, living on my own, having courage to follow my gut feeling, finding who I am!

9. What was your biggest failure?
Making the same mistake twice!

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Not anything big...I was really only sick once that I can remember!

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Money can't buy anything good...

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My brother...for re-marrying my sister-in-law and finally being the man he should be!

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
I won't name his name...

14. Where did most of your money go?
Food of course!

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Sorry to be repetitive, but moving to Texas! Also, I am really really excited now about going home tomorrow!!

i. happier or sadder? um... definately happier
ii. thinner or fatter? a little thinner I believe
iii. richer or poorer? definately poorer!

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Spending time with my family before I moved

Spending money, not living like I should have...

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
With my whole family who I never see!! I CAN'T WAIT!

Sort of...

Ha! Yeah right...

Desperate Housewives

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I don't like to use the word "hate"...but there are some new people I've met that I dislike!

"The Rules"...LOL

The Killers

28. What did you want and get?
My AmeriCorps job!

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Probably Napoleon Dynamite!!

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
My family and I went to Penn State to eat at Chilis. I turned 24!

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Not being dumb!

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
Chill stuff when I'm at home...jeans and a t-shirt girl. Work clothes a lot!

34. What kept you sane?
I dont normally do surveys on here... in fact I hate most of them and that people clog my bulletins with surveys i dont give a crap about... but here's one I actually like and would like to read other people's as well.....

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
The guy from "The Notebook"

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Gay-marriage I guess

37. Who did you miss?
My family and Eastern friends!

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Definately my two new closest friends Colleen and Lucy! I don't know where I'd be without them...and from home, definately Stacey...she kept me sane when I lived there!

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005:
You can't make someone change, no matter how much you love them. Sometimes love just isn't enough...
