I never thought I'd say this. I actually *enjoyed* The Simpsons Movie! In fact, I spent a a good part of the night wondering why I'd disliked the series all those years ago.
Well, without giving too much away, I'll say it's pretty much the standard fare made funnier with a couple of nice surprises. And yeah, don't walk out in the end when the first credit starts to roll.
With the weather getting colder and my sinus/migraine aches kicking back into action, it was just the laugh I needed to forget my misery. But no, I'm not a fan... yet. Mind you, I'm still going to fight for the TV remote every evening! *sharpens fangs and claws*
