yay, random drawings!
I have been drawing mostly Game of Thrones lately, but no matter how hard I try, I can't get Daenerys and her stupid baby dragons right, buh. I might as well give up and draw the Imp or Arya, who I actually like a lot more? It's just that come ON, what fanartist can resist the pull of long blonde hair up in flames and baby dragons?! Not me, that's for sure. I'll draw it one day, and when I do? IT WILL BE AWESOME.
Anyway, to cope with the frustration I mostly inked old drawings, so this post contains a random, vaguely art-nouveau inspired portrait (that bears a passing resemblance to yours truly) and two ridiculously adorable Kurt/Blaine drawings i've posted before, but now hopefully nicer now that they are in ink and not quite as messy.
Image quality is not as good as usual, I am afraid - my scanner is broken, so I had to improvise with my camera.
This was requested in a meme on LJ I believe - I just couldn't say no to the thought of good old-fashioned lover boy!Blaine and Kurt in a top hat. In my head, his vest is totally sparkly and the stripes are in pale gold. I was totally humming the Queen song while inking this.
I long for the days I can scan this properly. It so disgustingly sappy even the composition kind-of looks like a heart.
The portrait, which I ocriginally sketched to give the girls at the play I am in an idea of what we could do for the chorus maidens. My obsession with inking hair strands strikes again!
