(138 Days to Disney)
I apologize if some of these posts end up mostly being "I'm so excited to get to go to Disney!!!" Seeing as how that is my motivation for the physical activity, I think it is still appropriate.
I had some wavering this week, but I made myself get up this morning and go work out. And you know what, I didn't die! The sun still rose! Life goes on, and I'm that much closer to being able to handle walking long distances in high heat and humidity.
So I have discovered that the aerobics are no problem. I can do half an hour (granted, not at a really high level, but at a good heart rate) no problem. It's the strengthening stuff that kills me. I haven't been that sore in a looooooong time. But I'll keep doing it. Stronger muscles are good for your joints, metabolism, and carrying around tired 4-year-olds. :)
So, silly as it may seem, the thing I am most excited about at Disney is the new castle, from Beauty and the Beast. We have reservations at the restaurant inside, and I think it's going to be AWESOME!!!!! I have always loved the ballroom in that castle, and the place looks just like it, complete with cherubs on the ceiling and everything. Check out the link below to see for yourself.
