is really hard!
I've only been seriously GOING AT IT for a little under two weeks now, and I've lost 4 to 6 pounds maybe?? seems like PRETTY GOOD results for the very small amount of effort I've been putting in, I guess! I started doing some very light exercise/yoga for 20 to 30 minutes each day (THANKS, WII FIT PLUS), which is about 20 to 30 minutes more exercise per day than I used to get.
getting paid to draw comics is the best job in the world, but it never really gives me a reason to get off my fat ass and I have paid the price
cutting fast food out of my diet is a pretty big change too, but it's not too hard for me because I'm really good at not eating. sometimes I don't even do it on purpose!! the hardest part is forcing myself to eat apples because holy shit apples suck.
