[dollpost] my first mod(ified head)
so i ended up modding that imagined lune head i had laying around. i opened up one eye and tryed sanding down the hamster cheeks a bit (which IMO you can't even notice -- serves me right for using 'finishing' grain sandpaper).
i had to buy a heavy-duty x-acto knife and some curved carving blades; it took a while to open the eye. the eyewell still has to be bevelled to accomodate an eye better, but i don't know if i should pay the extra money on a beveller or not. i've already spent more than i'd wanted to recently, and i want to sell this guy, body included.
[as for link's body, i've decided to get the domuya D-ONE flexi body because of its awesome posability, despite the fact that I HATE THE NIPPLES because they're too close together. w/e. posability is more important to me where link's concerned. (that way i'll have an excuse to get the girl flexi body for zelda and they can pose nicely together!! :B )]
excuse the terrible faceup. he'll be sold with these silver volks eyes and with this 8"/9" brown wig that he came with. as you can see, bandanas make it look decent. but an eyepatch would make him look much better. >:3
