Feeling Elderly, or maybe just Annoyed
Dialogue:
Me: Uh, excuse me, you have been skateboarding the last 30 minutes out on the street in front of my apartment ....
Her (dressed up in a very nice dress, wedge shoes, fishnet stockings, and a bottle of Michelob in her hand): Uh, yeah ....
Me: I am sorry to bother you but I have to wake up at 5:30 AM tomorrow morning .....
Her: Really? What time is it now?
Me: 10 PM.
Her: Oh ... but you know it's Saturday night ....
Me: Well, you know, you can go down to the park (1/2 block away) and skate all night if you want ....
Her: Ummm.
(After I went inside I heard her scream, "We gotta move, all the fogies want to sleep.")
Sigh.
