I can't figure out what book this was!!
I was thinking a while back about my interest in books in elementary and remembered one that I couldn't remember the title to or the author that wrote it!
When I read it, it was around 2009 or so, and it was a vampire novel. In the novel, there was the protagonist who was a guy in high school who had sucky friends and had the biggest crush on this girl. His so-called best friend supports him about the crush, however the best friend himself was interested in the same girl. Later on, a stranger came up to the protagonist and offered him some sort of deal. I forgot what happened afterwards but the protagonist becomes a vampire for some reason and he was destined or whatever to bring upon the end of the world. I remember that during his transition, his craving for blood was too much that he even bit himself and drunk his own blood.
