Seeing as today is my semi-centennial natal day, I would like to pass on some birthday wisdom:
Life is too short not to eat really good chocolate.
You're never too old to learn something new.
Good manners never go out of style.
Always trust your inner voice.
Be yourself.
Heh... that being said, I really don't have anything planned for my birthday. It's been a hectic month, what with the store being remodeled and marching band season in full swing. It's Ryan's senior year and the football team is 7-0 -- we predict playoff games up until December. The band has scored high at the last two marching competitions and heads to UIL on Wednesday.
I'm hoping for a nice restful day and a nice meaty steak later. *L* I've got dental surgery scheduled later this month with four months of soft food to follow so I figure the resident males can treat me to one last memorable meal.
