The week ahead
So, I have this rotten sinus infection. I called out sick to work friday and saturday nights. I hate calling in sick, but Scott pretty much put his foot down. He really doesn't insist on much, but he knows that I'll go to work anyway and then it just gets worse. The kids started swim lessons on Saturday and loved it. We took them Saturday night to see The Incredibles. I couldn't believe Jack sat through it. He made us call him "Dash" all the way home in the car. We are going to Scott's mom's for Thanksgiving and I'm looking forward to it. We usually sleep late, play fun games like Balderdash, go to the movies, and try to relax. I'm making two pies. I'm going with my sister to Wash D.C. over the weekend of Dec 10th. We're going to do the museum circuit and have a lot of laughs. My new computer armoire is being delivered Tuesday! Now I can finally hide my clutter somewhere. I'd really like to get some dining room furniture before my family comes for Christmas. We're looking at all the used ads. We're getting the kids a golden retriever for Christmas. Scott went to the breeder on Saturday and was pleased. He said the puppies look like teddy bears. More work for mommy! Gotta go do some real work...
