(no subject)
Well it has happened, I am now the mother of a 4 year old....whew what a rush. I sometimes feel like the commercial with the lady and her kid saying he won't make it to this age or that...is us. I must have the most graceful children in the world...Gosh I love them. They inherited their clumsy from me, bless their lil hearts. If anyone was wondering yes Ty got his fish for his birthday and his trip to the "quarim" and his flip flops he got everything he wanted and more. We had the best time in Gatlinburg I was sooooo glad that we got to do that. I had not been there in well a little more than 4 years, cause it is not much fun to travel with little ones..in fact it is super hectic. They handle it way better now, they are big enough to yell out about the cows they see and motorcycles...ya know its always different no matter how many you see and if you see 50 thousand cows they are just as excited as when they see the first one and will announce it everytime they see one. Its sort of funny how easily they are amused..I must have heard "look at the cow, Cow, Hey did you see that cow? MOOOOOOO Cow, Hahahahaha that was a funny cow". so I am pretty sure that every cow from here to Gatlinburg is funny. (for whatever it is worth).
Now with Ty's new age he has informed me it is time that he gets his "driberin wicense" so he can drive me to the store to buy some more movies and toys, and he can go to "hike school" cause it sounds fun to hike...lol, and best of all he is the boss of lil bro because he is four and that is more finger than is 2 so that means he is the boss. But the little one is not bothered by that cause he said he can hold up some more fingers and pretend he is older. They think that they can swap and the lil dude can be older sometimes too.
We have really been taking advantage of this warm weather, especially the boys I can see it every day more and more when I go to scrub the dirt off of them cause they been sittin in the dirt playing trucks or diggin holes in popaw's garden. But ya know it isn't any fun at all unless u have dirt on your clothes and every little bit of skin that is sticking out. The little one is funny though he will be clean as a pin sometimes all but the tip of his nose..If I didn't know better I'd swear he roots around like a hog or somethin. Kids are dirt magnets and well Mommys are too since we get all the filthy huggies and smoochies, I get them everyday soon as I come in. Its the best. Helps remind me why I do all the things I do and I wouldn't change it for the world. Well I should hush my ramblin. Take care to all and hope you all have a good one till next time.
