Well, this is day three of Natalie's runny disaster. It's about 20% better now. We took her to this urgent care place at Ford rd and Beech Daly, and they told me not only that I just have to ride it out, but that those are her front teeth they were just coming in outer corners first AND she's got both eyeteeth along with another one back on the right. Plus there's one on the bottom that will be out in a couple weeks. She's got 3 on the bottom and nearly 5 on top. My 14 month old nephew has eight teeth and Natalie's up to that and she's 6 months younger. Crr-azee.
Our tentative wedding date is May 1st. Still figuring out the details. Need $$$$$$. His parents hate him and life itself so no help there. Actually they'd prolly hand over $ but then it would turn into his mom's wedding, and after the t-shirt she brought me from Florida (White with gold dolphin iron ons and plenty of sequins, glitter and lots of other applique's, all gold and copper...that's SO me..hah.) I don't even want to tell her we're getting married till she gets an invitation, assuming she gets one. His sister just finalized her divorce the first week of October, and when he told her he got me a ring her response was, "marriage sucks." Sorry but "YOU SUCK!" Ok, it did suck that she lived in Walled Lake while her husband worked in London, Ontario and was never around. That doesn't mean marriage sucks, just hers. With that person. My parents can't really afford much although they may put themselves in debt anyway, trying to help.
I'm looking into getting married at Laurel Chapel in Livonia. I did photography at a wedding there in 2001 and I have kept them in mind ever since. It's so beautiful and they're very organized, etc...just waiting for an e-mail from the guy there. We're thinking about using like a community center for the reception, and getting food from Gordon or something. Their Lasagne is great! No need to be pretentious, just gettin married, eatin some food. I'm not marrying the wedding, afterall. We'll just have to wait till we get our ducks in a row and figure it all out.
