Started Moving In

"I'm a great believer in luck, and the harder I work, the more I have of it."
Thomas Jefferson

I wasn't really planning on moving out any time soon, but my mom kind of guilt tripped me into it, so on Friday I signed a lease, and started moving.  Well, First I had to spray the place (the old woman had indoor outdoor cuts, and I don't want fleas) and clean the carpet.  I did all this work, and you can barely tell the differance.  This is by NO means the ideal place for me to live, but it is cheap, closer to work, and right by my mom in case I need her.  This is just a warning, like I said, this place is CHEAP, so don't expect much.  My goal is to work for the next 2 weeks, you know a little every day,  then after that I will use that weekend to make the final push.  It's just every where else I have moved into, it was like, you must move everything out of one today and into the other.  And since I have extra time this time, I want to do it right and not rush myself and go crazy.

IN THE BEGINING

 My Work Area

 The Living Room

  The Kitchen

  the Hallway

  Malachy's Room

  The Bathroom

  My Bedroom

So I spent all Sunday scrubbing walls( they kind of smelt like old people), cleaning the carpet, scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom floor, painting a little, and moving in a few things that I bought this weekend.

END OF DAY ONE:

  The Living Room/Work Area

I moved the table, unpacked some dishes, and brought in the floor lamps.

  The Kitchen

I bleached the skink and floor, unpacked the rug and washcloths.

  Malachy's Room

I unpacked a lot of stuff but it's in the closet.

  The Bathroom

Probably the closest to being done.  I bleached the floor, tub, sink, and tollete.  Put down the rug, put out towls, washcloths, candles and hand towls.  I still need to hang curtains for the window and shower.  And I kept meaning to clean the mirror, but then I would find something else that needed to be done.
