hay... stress

it's been the 3rd week na sobrang stress. why? it's because i've been being the Executive chef and i'm still the Executive Chef for our Professional Cooking Lab Class (Chef Kim) and for our Principles in Menu Planning Lab Class (Chef Paolo). talk about stress....

yesterday morning, i cried while taking a bath. i felt both bad and good. bad because i was crying alone and because the pressure was just.... ugh. good because at least nalabas ko.

yesterday was our quiz in Procoo (Prof. Cooking). we were 4 teams competing for 100 pts. i was the executive chef again and oh my god.... ang kulit ng mga tao!

"E.C. (Executive Chef), nasaan ung mga zuchinni?"
"E.C., what are sugar snat peas?"
"E.C., wala tayong oil!"
"E.C.!!!! WHY DID YOU ORDER SO MUCH!?" -chef kim
"E.C.!!! WHY DIDN'T YOU PORTION YOUR ORDERS!!!???" -chef kim
"E.C.!!! WHERE'S THE REQUISIITON FORM?!?!" -chef kim

...... and more E.C. shouts.

when one of my classmates asked for butter, i told him i'd get it downstairs. we were in the 7th floor and the CLU was in the 6th floor. on my way there, i stopped in the stairs and started crying alone. ugh... i felt baaadd. parang i didn't na do anything right.

in fairness, we landed 2nd in the quiz. the first place got a 98 while we got a 97.5. okay lang. i like naman the group that won eh. and we, my group, didn't really feel like cooking yesterday.

next week:
tuesday- butchery lab finals
wednesday- professional cooking finals (E.C.)
thursday- travel and tourism defense
friday- principles of menu planning finals (E.C.)

i'm dead.
