Kung Hei Fat Choi!
sorry super delayed this greeting. i spent my chinese new year at Mandarin Oriental eating that good luck dinner prepared and arranged by Master Joseph Chau. hehehe... he's soooo chinese it kills me. "We-cam to ta Manlalin O-yentah, Malila". hehehehehe Volvo was the sponsor pa so he said, "i wut lie to tenk ah sponsoh, Wo-Wo (supposedly Volvo)." wehehhehehe
i also learned that saying kung hei fat choi doesn't mean happy new year. it means, "i wish you more money".
since my sisters are so into the year of the dog, they dragged me to go with them to the dinner. it was interesting seeing that different kind of celebration. they had a wonderful fireworks display though.
anyway, it was sort of like the media noche we'd have. only this time, everything was red and gold.
