christmas vacation... in the hospital
carlo juco's been having trouble breathing. apparently, the ligament in his nosebridge turnd right, blocking his breathing passage. he's been having trouble for some months now. after some visits to the doctor, they finally decided to have his nose cleared in an operation. they had to fix the ligament and put it in it's right place.
the operation took place December 27, at 7am. carl was confined Dec 26-28. i stayed with him the whole time. instead of being with my family for the christmas vacation, my mom allowed me to accompany carlo in the hospital. after carlo's operation, he slept most of the time. he was very irritant because he had a nose pack and he would continuously bleed. hence, i'd wipe it. true enough, carlo was scared. i was scared too because he was scared. in the hospital, it was me, him, and his mom (tita mayaw) who stayed and slept. talk about awkward days.
i get along well with carlo's mom naman. although, everytime i'm with her, i'm with carlo also. but then this time, carlo was asleep almost 75% of the time. so i tried my best to get along with her.
she even let me put carlo's sock on while he was sleeping. i wanted to hesitate, with regards to how much i hate feet. but if i hesitated, then she might think bad of me. i put the sock on carlo's feet anyways. only after that, i froze like hell and i cried in the bathroom alone. when tita left, i went beside carlo's bed and i begged him to wake up. i cried after that also.
i left on the 28th. i just hope carlo gets well soon. Jess...
