SURPRISE
I am trying to get into the holiday spirit ahead of schedule so I can ease into the hecticness. So I started to straighten up a little and spotted a book I received from the girls last year for Christmas. It is called "CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL-THE BOOK OF CHRISTMAS VIRTUES". I thought that would be a good start to get into the spirit so I started reading the first chapter. It is basically about the 7 virtues of Christmas and the first one is JOY. It is very good and I will get into it on my next entry. I closed the book and read the cover. At the top of the cover was a red circle that said" Mannheim Steamroller EXCLUSIVE CD inside." Now I dont remember seeing this when I got it so it was a great surprise to me. At first I said "WHAT"!
And I looked in the back of the book and found a red sleeve attached inside the book with a CD in it. Now I lovc Christmas music and I love the Steamroller music so this was like getting my 1st Christmas present :)Of course, I played it right away-it is so pretty-I JUST LOVE IT! It made me very happy!!! :):):)
And so in honor of THANKSGIVING and baby JESUS, from now until Christmas, I will be journaling of things I am thankful for. I am thankful for my girls to be so thoughful to get me this wonderful book, thankful for surprises :), and thankful for christmas music.
