I'm BACK YET AGAIN!
It was brought to my attention recently, that I hadn't made an entry here in 3 YEARS! Thanks to my brother Hugh Jordan.
This first one will be relatively short but will hopefully help relieve some of my stress. Earlier this year, in April, my daughter Kim suffered a massive stroke. To relieve the swelling in the brain, the doctor removed the entire skullcap on the right side of her head. She was hospitalized for a couple of months, and was admitted to rehab therapy for another month. She was extremely stressed and unable to keep up with therapy at home, and had another stroke and hospitalized again in August. Her husband decided he would handle her therapy himself at home rather than trust a qualified therapist. Things are still not going well for her, and I'm unable to do anything to help her. And anyone who criticizes his decisions is banned from their home. So far, he's allowed me to bring her to our house for a couple of weekends. She insists she wants to stay married, and remain living with him and his teenage son. More later.
