Sailor Moon S, Season 3, Episode 123
This is the episode where Hotaru finally eats Sailor Chibi Moon's heart crystal and becomes Mistress Nine. The senshi are surprised that it's not Sailor Saturn.
Anyway this is really creepy episode--you have Hotaru in a dream, hanging on a cross and ghostly hands grabbing her. You have Mugen Academy blowing up all Ghostbusters-like. When Mistress Nine's demonic hand reaches into Chibi Moon, it's heart breaking to see Chibi Moon happy to see that Hotaru is alright.
The battle between the inner senshi and Cyprine/Pitol is pretty cool. I love it when they use actual strategy. Jupiter and Mars did most of the leg work in this battle. This season has a lot of good battles throughout the season.
Also, Kaorinite hangs upside down off the ceiling. She's so vampire-like!
