So this episode begins with Tuxedo Mask explaining how the outer senshi are supposed to protect the solar system from outside forces. Which makes you wonder where they were when the Black Moon Clan came to town. But anyways, Mamoru is explaining this to the inner senshi. It's kinda random, but it kinda makes sense when a few episodes ago Tux had a midnight chat with the outer senshi. But then again, this is exactly news: they've been saying this the whole season. I know not everyone is watching every single episode like I am, but yeesh.
Anyway, Hotaru wants to give a letter to an athlete who used to be sickly like her. Kaori makes fun of Hotaru. At first, I thought Kaori was well meaning, despite her Evil Step Mother role, but in this episode, she is really creepy. Heck, the dudes with the whistles are super creepy too. What a creepy episode!
Hotaru uses her power again and the outer senshi realize that this could mean serious business (but didn't Haruka see her use her power before? Hm.)
