he called his cop friend to see if there was a report filed, for insurance reasons, turns out there was, but it was passed along to secret service. apparently he was hit by a diplomat, who reported him/herself. but since it's now in the office of foreign affairs, it will next to impossible to get a copy. secret service says that was a report filed, then passed along to foreign affairs/diplomat division, then that division says there is no record of it.
