still having a hard time getting around....sleeping on the couch lots, or nodding a bit, but holy crap i am geeting these sharp pains through my hips. feels like somebody is wringing out my muscles, just like wet laundry.
I had taken a pill, then went to campbell river with dave, just to get out of the house. when we got back to town, i got out of the van for a smoke while dave ran into the bank. thank god dave had 2 tim horton cups in the van, cause when i got back in, i started puking! YUCK. now i am home, cleaned up, and hitting the couch.
