Rich is here tonight instead of tomorrow, so I'm happy:)
Anthony goes home for the weekend tomorrow, so I'm sure his mom will be happy. She's really calmed down a lot, so I think she's no longer in freal out mode over losing her "firstborn". That's a good and healthy thing, especially since he moved out to start his adult life in earnest.
Arielle will be starting back to classes soon, and this should be her final year. Amy will be doing a condensed online program that starts in October. As for me, I hope to start my Christian Counseling certificate in January, we shall see how things go. As for Rich, well, he just keeps working, chugging along, being happy to be a good provider. :)
We'll be hanging out at home all weekend, avoiding the roads and all the extra cops that will be everywhere, looking for people to bother. We're having a barbecue on Monday, which I'm really looking forward to. We'll be cooking up some really good things, including a pear upside down cake. I usually don't do sweets, but there are pears to be used up, and it's a holiday! ")
I can't wait for fall, all the fall activities, and preparing for the holidays. It's a really big deal around here, and I'm very excited to have a REAL holiday season in our blessed new house!
