the way I see it, things have to get better in some way.
maybe not the way we will ever expect, I'm sure the people in the depression era didn't see how things could get better.
we just have to do things differently.
and it might take years, but eventually they will even out.

we won't just die... yet.
there are too many of us! haha.
either way, we do just need to find peace, and stop spending money on things that don't matter as much.
it isn't all about money and jobs and economy, but doing things that make us all happy and doing the things we are good at.
if we only do things for money and aren't good at them then the world is crazy.
we just, as a nation and as a worldwide population need to realize that just because something is cheaper doesn't make it better, which I guess we kinda have in some ways(like clothes and whatever) but it should apply to jobs and people as well.

fuck equal opportunity laws.
no one is equal, we can never be equal.
we shouldn't be striving for that we should be striving for what is right.
and obviously this isn't because there are many people who are unhappy and who can't have the lives they want because things are being run right.

corporations and industry isn't going to save us.
you are right, other countries do it better than us.
we should be making money off of that. haha.
and we should be making money from the things we ARE still good at.

ya know?

I think it'll just be slow and unpredictable,
the acts and the programs set up by fdr back in the depression era to make things better are the things that are screwing us up now.
like social security and what not.
they were supposed to be shortterm and temporary boosts,
instead they were kept so long that they don't function in our society now and we're depending on them when they won't help us.
we need to discover a way to recooperate again, but not take them for granted or make them longterm because in 40 years they probably will have the same effect.

it should be about quality, not quantity.
efficiency and effectiveness, not about what's easy.
because it won't be easy either way,
so we might as well do it right.
