Icons: multifandom and requests!
I've opened a request post for turorials. Check out the links in that post, see if there's something you'd like to see and comment there.
Well holy crap. Who wouldathunk I'd get those icon requests all done, eh? I did have every intention of finishing them and lo and behold- I did. Miracles of miracles. I WILL be doing requests again because I really enjoy doing them. Just anticipate that it MIGHT take me awhile, although now that I don't have to worry about my computer being AWOL (*knocks on wood*) I THINK I should be able to get them done in a reasonable amount of time. I'm not sure when I'll ask for requests again, maybe after Christmas.
I've also reposted the remix icons I did last month because there weren't enough to crosspost about, so I stuck them in with these.
I've tried really hard to avoid overusing the selective colouring trend because I don't really like following trends all the time but I honestly really like selective colouring. Mind you, abusing it and turning someone's hair blue isn't cool, but I love colourful icons, bright and vibrant and that's how I use it. I've come to accept that I have embraced this trend whole-heartedly.
* Commenting is love. Nominations are also adored.
* CREDIT! Just stick Marishna somewhere in the keywords. If you don't know how to credit, please ask or check out this entry in the FAQ.
* No hotlinking! I have no qualms about replacing your hotlinked images with large, bright, gaudy and unnecessarily offensive signs pointing out your theivery instead.
* Gradient/brush/cap credit is in my resource post.
* Blanks are not bases. Do not customize. Please don't ask, the answer is no.

04. crazyjoyfulgirl- Mason from DLM- I made three or four icons of Mason and had issues with the size when I saved and remade some and THEN I read that you wanted him smiling. And I was like- :| But there's Mason! From the side! Sort of. :| :| Sorry.
05. deirdre_c - Excited Sam. I tried SO HARD to find a cap of him when he was really, visibly excited and not just like- geeking out like a nerd over something supernatural-y but Sam is VERY hard to get excited, it seems. It must only happen off camera, and under the covers with Dean.

During my switch from PS7 to PS CS2 I had some issues with the saving method and as a result ended up with a shitload of icons that were too big for LJ's standards. I'd kept the .psds for quite a few and managed to resave them but these ones were just lost. You can't use them on LJ but if you like them and can use them on other forums or something with bigger file sizes, feel free.

I also have two headers and a wallpaper to offer. The Randy Harrison header has been in my folder for probably over a year or more now but nothing ever came of it. The Sam header was something I played with for my own journal and I scrapped it. And the wallpaper is the first I've ever done. It's nothing fancy by any means but it's the first one I've made myself so I'm proud of it.
