I think she wanted to, she was just punishing them both for what the Time Lord Doctor did. Not really fair of her, but she is human after all, not perfect. :)

I love the darkness and angst in this on both sides. The last line makes it that much better.

Definitely a bit of darkness in both of them. That and the fight for control over the situation, something neither is going to willingly let go.

I'm glad the last line made up for all the angst though. I have a habit of leaving things very unresolved.
