This is what I made Chip for Valentine's Day dinner, I leave out the celery:

6 oz. medium noodles
1 can shrimp soup
3/4 c milk
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c celery
1/2 c onion
1/4 t salt
1/2 c shredded cheese
1 lb shrimp cut in pieces
1/2 c chow mein noodles

Mix  Bale in greased casserole
350  30-35 min
Top with chow mein noodles and bake 10 min  more.

This is the soup I made for MIL, so easy:

Garlic
Carrot
Chicken Broth
Crushed tomatoes
Ditalini
frozen chopped spinach
small white kidney beans

In a 3 to 4qt.pot, heat 1 clove garlic (more if you like) and 1 carrot,
cut in small, thin pieces, over medium heat until softened (don't let
garlic burn).
Add 8 cups of canned chicken broth (1 large can & 1 small) and a 28oz. can
crushed tomatoes.
Bring to a boil and stir in 1 cup of ditalini or other small pasta.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Add a 10oz. box of frozen chopped spinach and cook, breaking up spinach a it thaws
5 to 7 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir in a rinsed and drained 15oz. can small white kidney beans; heat 1 minute.
Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese.
