I still can't get over what happened this past weekend. It was an amazing learning experience. No, it was quite more than just a learning experience. It was a life changing experience. I feel like I was finally able to push beyond my limits and boundaries and actually DO something rather than just contemplate about it. I feel as though I'm coming at a point in my life when I'm finally applying myself to life rather than just observing and gathering information about everything as if staring through the windows of a train...watching the mountains, hills, plains, forests, rivers, and oceans. Oh, no...not anymore. I'm done just being the passive onlooker. I'm climbing mountains, hiking over hills, wandering through plains, trekking through forests, swimming through rivers, and surfing the oceanic tidal waves that come crashing towards the shores. It's no longer a question of "what if?" anymore...but rather a question of "what now?" And the answer is not worth spending so much time pondering about. Life comes at you in mysterious ways. If you don't grasp the opportunities and directly meet the challenges, you'll miss out if you rather choose to spend your time considering the outcome. You don't just plan for things to happen. You MAKE them happen.
And I know one thing for sure. I'm going to make wonderful things happen for me and for those I truly care about no matter what the outcome. No regrets. No doubts. No guilt.
Time to workout and make good use of this newfound motivation and energy. :-)
