A new me....
On Monday I bounced into work (almost) announcing I felt well at last! Its funny really how when you've been ill for a few weeks it's only when you feel really well again that you realise how ill you've been!
Anyway I know I've neglected my hair for ages - hasn't been cut since November and it's long overdue for restyling. I've even snipped at my fringe myself...
Judy at work asked me what I was going to do about it (she wasn't beeing rude, we were discussing hair!!) so I suggested she ask her daughter (who's been working at the local hairdressers for a year now, and is a real live wire with so many ideas!).
Today I came into work and Judy asked me if I could get down to the hairdressers on Friday and Tuesday lunch times - I checked and they were OK. She then handed me an appointment card already booked with a cut for Friday and highlights for Tuesday!!! LOL
I think she's been a bit worried how I've let my hair 'go' when I used to have it styled religiously every 6 weeks! It's lovely though that she cared so much to go as far as booking my appointments to make sure I actually go!
