[Here's someone new to the city. He's skinny, fairly handsome, not ginger... and wearing 3-D glasses for god knows what reason. And the look of confusion on his face isn't making him look any less goofy right now. But then everyone knows that Adstring is a veritable symphony of time-space shenanigans... and they've got The Doctor completely stumped.]

Just about everything. Well... maybe not everything. It looks like a lot of somethings ended up here too- and a few someones for that matter.
[As his gaze snaps back to the PCD, The Doctor grins.]
I don't suppose anyone could point me to who's in charge here? Just want to have a little chit chat, see if there's anything I could do to help. And it does look like this place could use a lot of that!
