I try not to make a habit of watching The Real World on MTV, but sometimes I do. I was a Road Rules fan for a while, but The Real World always made me uncomfortable because I couldn't believe people who were given a new city, an awesome house and barely any responsibility could eff it up so badly.
On last night's episode, one of the women was kicked off because she hit one of her roommates. Because the one who was hit chose to kick her off, the two other female roommates decided to play Mean Girls and give her hell because they missed the other one. They called her names and talked loudly about her and then spit on the windows of the room she was in talking on the phone. Honestly. I luckily wasn't subject to too many mean girls in middle and high school, but I knew they were around and remember what they did to others. But that was back when girls were like 13. These ones are like 22.
I feel so empty inside now that I was actually affected by a Real World episode and then chose to wrote about it.
