Show was all kinds of awesome, the video above looks like it was taken by someone two or so rows in front of me. We ended up getting a short notice booking in the Wembley Ibis as neither of us could face the underground a second time in the heat. Did mean I had to travel home today in the same clothes I wore to the gig which was kind of gross.
Two encores including Keith Emerson totally demolishing a hammond organ in true rockstar style.
Justin Hawkins and Andy Scott were brought on for Big Bottom though even after that there didn't feel like there was enough bass on the stage.
Slept though the worst of the heat this afternoon but now I can't get back to sleep. Gaz will be getting up in a little over an hour do I don't think bed is an option for the moment. Have stuff to do in town then I'll sleep though the afternoon I think, seeing as I have the week off. At least I can avoid the heat that way.
