martha's vineyard is a boring place where rich people live and do boring things. honestly, the beaches were so sad and little and bad, i was very confused. we still had a nice time wandering around the island, then eating our picnic lunch on the beach and proceeding to fall asleep for 4 hours spooning each other. alex and i both got very tan.

It's funny how some places are overhyped. I've heard the same about Martha's Vineyard myself.

It's always fun to meet groups of non-Americans in random places! You're almost guaranteed to have fun with them. Funny you mentioned that, because I just posted about the Bright Eyes show I went to last month and all of the Londoners we met there.
