I've never had to wish someone bad credit before...
This morning, I went for a test drive in an Outback that I am looking at buying. I had a look at it physically earlier in the week and booked the test drive for today so that MarchHare could come along and give me his opinion, considering I don't know much about cars.
It's a nice drive. We went for about a 40km round trip, took about an hour. MarchHare was suitably impressed, but I wasn't ready to commit to the salesperson immediately, and said I'd like a valuation done on my Liberty to see how much I could for a trade in, see what the changeover price would be and whether it suits my finances.
Well, managed to go back this arvo with the Liberty (we had walked down this morning) and they had a look at it and gave me the unfortunate news that the couple who test drove the Outback after us had started arranging to buy it, and it was only dependent on financing.
So... join me in wishing ill upon these people I've never met and that the bank rejects their application for a car loan. Otherwise, I may have to wait quite some time before another suitable car that suits my needs and wants becomes available. I'll keep looking...
