You, the Chef, and I the Queen of the Dishes
make the most wonderful concoctions together
just the two of us

True, you do the cooking
I do the dishes
hard for one to function without the other

And the day comes to a close
with mocha mint cheesecake brownies
an anytime, lucious snack
melts in your mouth
puts the thunder in thunder thighs

It's Saturday night;
