Saturday night in the trenches
Ugh. Why can't this just be over? I'm writing this huge social work paper due on Tuesday at 4:30 in the afternoon. If I ever thought any other paper (such as the one I wrote during Spring finals of sophomore year for AmCon which ended up being 13.5 pages) was long, I should have known about the assignment I'm working with now.
40-60 pages, due Tuesday at 4:30 pm.
Estimated number finished at this point? About fifteen
I wish I didn't have to spend tonight in the trenches of slaving my ass off writing a paper, but I have to in order to get this written in time for the deadline. My only saving grace is that Ann is going to come and visit me for awhile, and I haven't seen her much this semester. It will be good to catch up, but I need to make sure we don't talk for two hours and instead hold ourselves to under an hour of conversation. Then I'll get to climb into bed with a certain boy tonight, and not being alone tonight should be really good. I like being in bed next to someone. Tonight won't be spent so much in the trenches than I thought, I guess, but this paper is stealing my soul.
