. I watched ER on tape tonight since I was not home when it came home. What an OMG! and WTF? episode. I love that Dr. Carter is back, but what was that all about at the end. He was shown on a dialysis machine. At first I thought it might have been chemotherapy. Then I got a better look at the machine that he was connected to. When did all this happen? Is his kidney problems due to something he may have contracted while in Africa? Or was it some residual effects from when he got stabbed all those many years ago (I don't think that's the case since that happened so long ago). I can't wait to see the rest of this season. The previews looked so interesting, but it was kind of sad too. It showed Dr. Carter falling on the floor. If he ends up dying in the end I will be so upset.
I loved the line where Gates asked Carter if he was the one who got the nurse pregnant. One of the funniest lines I've heard in a long time.
And how about the cd that Ray sent Neela. I was all "awwww!". Why doesn't she just admit that she's got feelings for him? I'm so sick of her and Brenner. Ugh! And what's with this trip he's taking her on? Maybe Ray will find out about it and will race to the airport at the last minute to stop her from going. I could see that happening in the last episode (since Brenner said that their trip would be in April and April is when the final episode is airing). .
