It's been raining here for the past few hours. It's slacked off now, but it still looks dark outside and we've got thunderstorm warnings. I hope it's not pouring when I head to the mall.
I'm working at the Disney Store tonight. I guess I shouldn't gripe about it since I've not worked there since Monday.
This is my weekend off from the hospital. And speaking of work at the hospital. I had one of those nights on Thursday night. It wasn't bad like when I get a lot of admits. It was that I had two patients who were "do not rescusitate" and weren't doing good. One of them had a high temp that wouldn't break and the other had spells where he felt like he couldn't breathe and was very anxious. Also in situations like this it's not just the patient that I have to help. When patients are like this you also have to their families. It can be a lot of deal with. I don't think it's fair for one person to have two patients like this at one time. I wouldn't have had to if someone would have not done the patient assignment in a goofy way. But anyway.
Yesterday I went over to Foley again to the outlet stores. My mom had to return something she had bought. The only thing I got was ice cream at the Fudge store. It had strawberry and chocolate ice cream mixed with strawberries and fudge. It was good, but more than I could eat and it started melting and got messy. I did look around in a few stores, but didn't find anything that I just had to have. I even went into a store that sells North Face merchandise. I wanted to get some type of jacket to have for whenever (or if ever) the weather gets colder around here. I looked at the price tags and I said "nuh-uh". If those prices are outlet prices I'd hate to see how much full retail would be.
Right now I'm trying to find something on television to watch. I also need to wash my hair.
