TolCon and upcoming stage fright

Anyone coming to TolCon this weekend? If you click on their "programming" link, you'll see my name among the events here and there. Even though I am clueless and have barely read anything of Tolkien's other than LOTR, they invited me to come as a "writer guest," so I said I would. And now I'll be sitting about with others and discussing the pros and cons of fanfiction and parody in the Tolkien genre.

I'll also, apparently, be giving a reading of my "fanfics." I guess by that they mean the film parodies. But how, I ask you, does one woman read aloud a script? Seriously, I'm asking you and I need answers.

Ideally, I'd like to get volunteers from the audience to read the roles and help me out, but I know audiences (if they're anything like undergraduates at a discussion section) can be recalcitrant and might not want to get up and read roles aloud. So do I print out mug shots of each character, put them on sticks, and hold them like masks to indicate who's talking? Could be funny; could be painfully unfunny. Still, in case I need them, anyone have any good sites where I can print out mug shots of characters? Heh...

I can read the Onion-esque article to them, but that would only take 5 minutes, leaving 55 to fill.

The scripts would, really, be best as radio drama. But I don't have the technology or the time to throw that together in a satisfactory fashion.

Gah. I'm not a stand-up comedian. I can only hope they're kind. So, anyway, any thoughts appreciated, and if you're coming, you better promise to show up at that room on Sunday and play one of the characters. Gondor needs you.
