Friday the 13th
Well. It's 5am, I have Erin's kickass spicy chili in my belly and I have dropped the 2 out-of-towners back at their apartment after they insisted on leaving their cars in a parking garage. I am back home with the kitties and ready for bed.
Just got the latest update on the news before I snooze. HOLY SHIT there's an f-ing HURRICANE heading straight towards us!!!!! Why didn't anyone tell me???!!!??!?!?!

Actually, if I didn't know already I found out today at work when we were sent home early after wrapping our computers in plastic bags. It reminded me of the South Park episode...."Duck and Cover".
Alas, I am home and ready for the next 36 hours free of obligation. Apparently it took 120mph winds to get it, but I will gladly pay the price.
P.S. I think I am over my LJ writer's block.
