birthdayyyy!
Ahhh so this weekend/start of week has been AMAZING
first of all, today is my birthday! and it was truly the best birthday tied with sweet 16. nothing can beat the surprise party. but this day is so dang good.
ok ok but the weekend. friday was a bad day, but the fall ball that night was fabulous! me, amy, and daniel just stood to the side while everybody was all up on each other ahhaha but that was so fun! and we started the dance! this year just feels so great, student council getting to start and do everything, i just love it!
so fall ball was great, then saturday went to work on the float, it looks awesome. and then kelsey, kendal, kristin, morgan, and i went to the mall later so they could get me a present. ahaha. and joey had to distract me in hallmark. that was so great! *cough* vera *cough* ahahhaha. and then morgan went home and the k's stayed and we watched earl and office! best shows everrr. with ginger ahhaha. and then looked at the yearbook/talked until 10 after that. it was just like old times, so greattt.
SUNDAY. church in the morning. decorating for the party from like 3 on. got more princess plates, balloons, and the banner! ahh everything was purple, yellow, pink. set up everything ahhh it was just so fun! getting all the disney princess stuff out. watched part of lake house. then anneka came at 6:30, opened her present it was amazing! pretty pretty princess, cds, and the tiara and earings.
then people started to arrive, we colored and decorated the bags and laughed a ton, listened to disney music. ahhahh. and ate. omgosh i don't even remember what we talked about, it was crazy. then went into the living room and did name games and then presents? and cake? and then watched mulan somewhere in there, and then little mermaid, and then swan princess. ahahhaha. gus gussss! my nose is blooo! HAYYY
the cards were the best part from people. omgoodness they were hilarious! and i was just so happy that everyone came and got along and got to meet each other. it was one of my favorite birthday parties. and taking pictures with everyone. the pictures of me, katie, amy, and carla. ahhh!
i loved it completely.
and then monday did the float, recooperated from the party. i felt so tired all day, partied out.
And today!!!! was awesome. comfy day. cake day. nhs day. birthday. got sung to in two languages. had soo many people say happy birthday! it just made me so happy i can't explain it. it was a perfect day/weekend. birthdays aren't about the gifts but the celebration. i just loved it.
speaking of gifts though, i got a bike! now i can ride a bike that's not my 6 year old bike! ahahha. i love it. it's my new favorite thing to do. besides be a princess
