i hate this weather
Girl scouts, per usual, gave me a burst of energy. It is so sublimely ridiculous, except of course, when it's I-want-to-hang-myself-with-this-handy-tautline horrible. I sucked it up at marching, as i always do, but ThatFascist!Liz was held up as an example to the other girls. Bitch. We were so inspired by the meeting that we came back to my house and danced (in this GODAWFUL heat) to Foreigner. Foreigner is...just beyond words. Liz really is the most marvelous dancer, but there was this magical moment at the start of "Feels Like the First Time" where we just KNEW the dance. We were simultaneously inspired to perform the exact same moves. It is our dream to make the GAM synchronized swimming song "Jukebox Hero." Oh god. Too good. I tried to write today but the heat was making me too disgruntled so i read instead. Another Chinese cultural revolution book. I saw School of Rock. It was charming.
