haha. nice title, siovhan. ;)
okay one un-extreme mood entry. just for you AD.
last night i played the piano for like 2 hours and it felt wonderful. then liz, brent, kris, zak and i watched UHF the weird-al movie from the 80's. it wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad. but they were comparing it to like princess bride and monty python--so i had high HIGH expectations that came crashing down.
"last christmas i gave you my heart, but the very next day you gave it away..." good song. liz gave me these 2 christmas cd's and they're actually really good. and consistently on.
skipped the game this morning because i didn't know how long i'd be sleeping. i didn't feel to hott. what kept me going was the 4 advil i took at like 1 am. yes 4, and i wasn't trying to kill myself. i've done it before and i'm just going to have bad kidneys. okay so i don't do it often. just when i get really sick.
i have a fun group date tonight with people i really enjoy. me and justin, anita and dallin, winston and jen (they kinda have to go together--they're engaged), craig and whoever, and brad and whichever girl he finally picks, and stew and amber. we're going ice skating. and i'm going to love it. i really enjoy ice skating, but justin is so good that i'm nervous about it a little. he skates regularly and i hope he'll tolerate my mediocre skills.
more midterms this next week. and that is NOT cool. it's like instant death. actually i'm best prepared for the ones coming up. communications 101/international politics. major/minor. although i might change that before it's official.
i love christmas music. and i can't wait to go home for christmas. i miss my family and friends. but on the bright side my daddy comes next sunday, i think. i can't wait to see him. i'm jealous of the snow though, that massachusetts got yesterday. my little sister was rubbing it in my face. and it was not very nice. haha. and then she proceeded to ask if i was in mexico or st. louis--in spanish. and i kept telling her no and then she started asking it in english. i guess that's what you get with 7 year olds. it's been abonut 5 years since we've had one in the house.
i'm singing in relief society next week. by myself. because my roommate asked me to do it as part of her lesson. and i'm actually pretty excited. i think it's the inner show-off in me.
and in politics class yesterday we talked about how italian police are now driving lamborgini's because they're the only cars "fast enough to catch italian criminals..." and we thought our cops were cool...okay maybe not so much. but don't you wish you were one in italy right about now...
i need a shower--so i must bid you adieu.
love, siovhan
35 days...and counting.
