1. Really? :P 3. Aren't good at it, don't wish to, or never got around to it? I was a late-starter with cars. Got my license when I was 25... 4. I feel your pain with regards to non-scientific people. I prefer not to argue with them, because I know full well I don't know enough about THEIR beliefs either. What's sometimes worse is people who think they're scientific, but aren't. There was some Carl Sagan book I've never read that addresses this. 5. Well done. :) 6. Nearly everybody is funny-looking if you think about it. And (as I like to quote myself), half the world is below average in any field of endeavour. By definition. Personally I find you to be put together just fine. No visible seams or ANYTHING! ;) 8. Me and gymnastics do not mix. Unless by "mix" you mean "rampant self-hurting". 9. Wash them. Please. ;) 10. I know the hoodie-love. I got over it. Sorta. 14. Ah yes, embarrassment. I hold on to that too. I remember my first attempts at various sports with crystal clarity. 15. That's a shame. They should know they can't fit into your pants anyway. 17. I try to be popularity-neutral. I kinda like Maroon 5, even though they're pop. But I also like skanky old techno. 19. Work. Ha!
1. That's the word on the street, anyway. 3. All of the above. I live in a big city, so I walk everywhere. 4. Title? I'd like to read it. 5. Key word: trying. 6. True . . . 10. I chose a natty cream-coloured sweater today instead. It's too warm. I wish I'd worn my grey hoodie. *separation anxiety* 15. I like baggy pants actually, so um, some of em' probably could. 17. *shudders* 19. True, true.
I shouldn't have started with the numbers. Now I have no idea what we're talking about. Ack!
Walking is cool, although I prefer a less city environment for such. Parks and such. Don't wanna go crazy and become a hiker or anything. ;) But yeah, I passed briefly through NY, so I understand how that'd work. Auckland (here) is pretty suburby, so you need a car. Or much patience with public transport. *spit*
I have the same problems with hoodie separation some seasons. Wool is too hot. Sweaters are too cold. *sigh*
