Finally!
After much searching I finally found a new apartment. It's a bitchin one bedroom about two blocks off of Adams Ave. It has a washer and drier in the unit, a dishwasher, new stainless steel appliances a fireplace and a skylight in the kitchen. I'm terribly excited that I'm going to be living in a NEW building where nothing is leaking or creaking or seeping through the walls. Finally. A non-shack!
