Super Quickie
This my first week on the new books job and it is going well. Everyone here is incredibly nice and has been very patient with all my FNG questions. My only beef with this department so far is that they have no central organization system. I understood that they had no database when they hired me, but dang! There are 20 different versions of each form that we use, each one having serving the same purpose, only worded a little differently. Once I get the hang of the job and the workflow I'm going to come up with my own set of standardized forms and procedures. . . maybe the idea will catch on . . .
In other news: I'm looking for a new apartment. T'is the season for house-hunting among this group, isn't it? I'm looking for a one bedroom place with laundry and a garage in North Park, South Park or Golden Hill. If any of you see anything promising be sure to give me a holler!
