- Shakespears Theatre and Stage:

Shakespeare’s Audience:
- Education and wealth among audience was varied
- This theatre catered to the many different levels of income
- Those who paid more sat in better spots
- This wealthiest had parts written for them
Feudal System:
- At the bottom of the feudal system are the people who made up the social class, this included peasants (freeman), servants (slaves), craftsmen, etc..
- Everyone owed a service to a person who is higher up on the feudal system, they either farmed or fought for the person above them, in return protection and land was given
- 1st was the King
- 2nd was the Barons
- 3rd were the Bishops
- 4th were the Lords
- 5th were the Peasants
The Plot or Story of the play Macbeth:
- Written around 1605
- Macbeth is the tragic hero who has a tragic flaw within himself that he cannot change
- Macbeth is a story about the murder of his brother, the king. The revenge of his son, and 3 witches plotting against them
- Macbeth is a very interesting person to follow in this play.
