Tomorrow
If work is slow I am creating a job log for the graphic design jobs. I have some more brain storming to do tonight and tomorrow, but I am thinking about a binder with page protectors that will keep jobs together that need work done. It will also need a log page, I am thinking on the cover, that will have the job names and descriptions, and a way to indicate if its a rush or not. We already have work order pages. I just have to get Sara to cough them up. Maybe I will dig through her desk. That really gets her riled up. I like getting her blood boiling some times. It has to be easy to maintain other wise it won't work. I know I will be over all responsible for its maintenance. Tax season is coming. Kimi is stressed. It is my goal to make it as smooth as I can. I am also considering a calendar of sorts that we will all share. We can make notes of every ones appointments and commitments that would keep them from work so we can be better prepared for those times when someone needs to go to the Dr. or has a teacher conference. I have cleaned out the front counter and created file areas for tax folders. I have kept on top of the filing and will be ordering sign here arrows in the next couple weeks. Its time to put on our big girl panties and gear up for a wild ride. 17 days until tax appointments start rolling in. I am determined that this year will run smoother than any other. Not necessarily smooth mind you, just smoother.
