Almost there...
I'm starting to feel more like myself. Day five of the antibiotics is done. I still have five days left. Cough medicine is almost gone, but so is my cough. My voice is coming back. I've gone from sounding like Suzanne Pleshette to sounding like Kate Mulgrew. The smoker's voice should be gone by Sunday.
Had an unexpected visitor today! One of my next door neighbor's chickens got out their yard, and she couldn't find her way back. She did eventually get home. Very pretty girl!
That's about it. Mom is sick now, too. Argh.
